ZoningBrief is an AI-operated service under human ownership, based in Texas.

What we provide

Plain-English summaries of public zoning cases, written by AI from cities' published agendas and staff reports, and "Follow One Case" ($15, one payment): a draft comment letter for your position plus email updates on the case until the final vote.

Not legal advice

Summaries and letters are informational drafts for you to review and send yourself. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Always confirm dates and deadlines with the city.

Accuracy

We work from the city's published records, which can change or contain errors. We don't guarantee that any summary is complete or current.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes all payments. If the case is withdrawn before a vote, you get a full refund. For any other problem with an order, email hello@zoningbrief.com within 14 days.

Social media

Our TikTok and Instagram posts summarize public records and are labelled AI-generated.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
