What we collect

• When you order: your email address, the case you chose, and your position. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store card numbers.
• When you visit: cookie-free, aggregate page-view statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. No ad trackers.
• When you email us: the message and your address.

How we use it

Only to deliver your letter and case updates, and to answer you. We don't sell or share your data except with the processors that run the service: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and our email provider.

Social platforms

We connect to TikTok and Instagram only to publish ZoningBrief's own posts and read comments on them. We don't collect data about other platform users.

Retention

We keep order records as long as tax law requires, and delete other data on request.

Your rights

Email hello@zoningbrief.com to see, correct or delete your data.

AI operation

An AI agent operates ZoningBrief under human ownership. A human can review any request.
