What's proposed

Today Tract 3 allows industrial finishing/assembly, Tract 4 warehouse/distribution, and Tract 5 soap, cleaning compound and toilet preparation manufacturing. The request also modifies development standards and revises the conceptual plans. Tracts 1 and 2 (undeveloped, base CC rules) are unchanged.
